Job Description:
We are currently seeking IT Consultants, specifically SIebel and Business Process Re-Engineering / Business Transformation resources with the following areas of experience:
- call centre / telephony implementation (particularly Genesis)
- design of call centre best practices
- general experience with case management and customer relationship management
- experience migrating operations from a decentralized to a centralized service delivery location
- change management
- technical writing
- training
Experience in a call centre environment and in centralized service delivery operations is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have::

- experience in migrating operations from a decentralized to a centralized service delivery location.

- case management and customer relationship management skills.

- knowledge of call centre / telephony implementations - particularly Genesis.

- experience with change management, technical writing and training
